The Haus
The expertise behind the experience.
Haus D’ Longevity is shaped by the people behind it — their expertise, perspective, attention to detail, and the way they approach each person who walks through our doors.
Our team brings together professionals across medicine, regenerative health, aesthetics, wellness, and hospitality, each with a distinct role in the experience we’ve created at the Haus.
Because who you trust matters.
The medical services at Haus D’ Longevity are guided by experienced clinical leadership, with thoughtful evaluation, sound clinical judgment, and individualized treatment planning at the center of the approach.

Integrative & Aesthetic Physician
Dr. Raheleh Sarbaziha is a world-renowned peptide specialist who brings a modern, integrative perspective to Haus D’ Longevity, combining her foundation in internal and integrative medicine with extensive experience in regenerative aesthetics, hormone health, regenerative approaches, and individualized wellness.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine, Dr. Sarbaziha earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She later completed fellowship training through the University of Arizona’s Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, strengthening her philosophy of care rooted in the connection between internal health, aging, and outward appearance. She is licensed to practice medicine in California, Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
Her clinical experience spans hormone health, peptide therapy, regenerative aesthetics, and a broad range of minimally invasive aesthetic treatments. This breadth allows her to approach aging from multiple dimensions, considering the physiology, hormonal changes, lifestyle factors, and individual goals that shape how patients look and feel.
Central to Dr. Sarbaziha’s philosophy is the understanding that aesthetics and well-being are deeply connected. Her approach combines medical knowledge with an appreciation for each patient’s priorities, supporting care that is personalized, thoughtful, and grounded in a comprehensive understanding of health.
As a physician with Haus D’ Longevity Medical Group, Dr. Sarbaziha brings this perspective directly to patient care, reflecting the Haus’s commitment to integrating wellness, regenerative medicine, and aesthetics within an individualized, medically grounded experience.
For Dr. Sarbaziha, aesthetics is part of a broader approach to health, vitality, confidence, and aging well.
